Town Attorney Jane Fairall has appointed Libby Shelton as Deputy Town Attorney at the Town of Marana effective December 5, 2020. She will fill the role previously held by Fairall, who has been appointed to Town Attorney.

Interim Town Manager Terry Rozema has appointed Jane Fairall as Town Attorney at the Town of Marana. She will fill the role held by Frank Cassidy, who has retired after 17 years of service.

This past year, Marana’s Legal Department and Technology Service Department paired up to create an innovative internal desktop application that improves various business processes for the town and delivers more efficient and effective methods to access and organize information.
