Contract Instructor Interest Form
Thank you for your interest in the Town of Marana. The Town is dedicated to keeping our community active, healthy, and engaged through recreational activities.
Application Process For Contracted Instructors:
Our process begins with an independent contractor proposing their idea for a program or activity. Contractors can submit the enclosed form to the Marana Parks and Recreation Department.
A Recreation Supervisor will review the proposal and determine if the suggested program or activity meets the Department’s vision and goals. If needed, the Contractor will be contacted to discuss in greater detail.
If the Department decides to move forward with the proposal, the Contractor and Supervisor will work together to define the specifics of the program or activity including facility suitability and availability, course time frame, age ranges, fee structure, number of participants, course description, etc.
Once the Town of Marana Parks and Recreation Department and the independent contractor enter into a verbal agreement, a written contract will be produced.
