Marana Water online start or stop service forms are now available

It’s now even easier to fill out your Marana Water start/stop service forms. Just visit the Establishing Water Services page to get started.

The Business Services team is glad to assist with establishing new service with the Marana Water department. Staff receives phone requests Monday - Friday from 8am to 4pm at (520) 382-2570, and in-person at 5100 W Ina Road Monday - Friday 8am to 5pm. Any phone requests made after 4pm will be processed the following business day. The Water Department requires a 24-hour lead time for most requested services (excluding holidays and weekends).

SERVICE ESTABLISHMENT FEES

The Town of Marana charges one-time, non-refundable, connection fees for any customer who is applying for water service at an address within our water system. These fees will be applied on the first statement.

There is a $90 water administrative connection fee for all new water customer accounts. Should a customer need the service established on the same day there will be an additional $52.50 same-day connection fee in addition to the $90. 

Customers with a service address in Continental Reserve, Hartman/Cortaro, or surrounding areas south of Avra Valley Road, you are a Pima County Regional Wastewater Reclamation Department (RWRD) customer. Marana Water processes the bills for Pima County RWRD. There is a $20 sewer connection fee for these addresses. Customers with a service address in Saguaro Bloom or in north Marana, are Marana Water Reclamation customers, and have a $10 sewer connection fee.

Water and sewer bills will be on one statement, which will be mailed from the Town of Marana. Only service addresses that are connected to a sewer system will receive sewer charges on the statement.
