Employee Assistance Programs
The Town of Marana offers all benefit eligible employees with Work-Life Benefits through an Employee Assistance Plan (EAP), at no cost to you. Services for this plan are offered through Alliance Work Partners.
Alliance Work Partners offers confidential services such as counseling, conflict resolution, workplace effectiveness training, behavioral health and employee assistance program consultation for Town employees, dependents and significant others.
Each employee, dependent, or significant other is allowed 6 visits per nature of the visit. The program is paid for by the Town and allows employees and their household members to receive assistance with a wide range of life's challenges such as short-term counseling, information on community resources and programs, educational referrals and materials.
You DO NOT need to contact HR or your supervisor to utilize these services.
