Auction of Real Estate
The Town conducts auctions of real estate by live public auction. The Town follows the process set forth by A.R.S §9-402.
Auction of Obsolete Vehicles, Equipment and Supplies
Obsolete vehicles, equipment and supplies may be offered for sale through competitive sealed bidding, public auction, or transferred for public purpose as authorized by Town Code and State Statute.
Live Public Auctions
The Town currently uses Sierra Auction and Leader Public Auction to auction the majority of its surplus items. Please visit their respective websites for inventory, dates, times and other information regarding future auctions.
Internet Public Auctions
The Town may auction some or all of its obsolete vehicles, equipment and supplies on the Public Surplus internet public auction site. You must register to participate in these online auctions. Registration is free. Please follow the following address:
