Changes to Public Paving and Sewer Submittals Effective October 1, 2024

MARANA — The Town of Marana is implementing new guidelines for the submission of Public Paving and Public Sewer plans, effective October 1, 2024. Starting on this date, the Town will no longer accept combined first submittals for Public Paving and Public Sewer.

This change is the result of a collaborative decision by Marana Water Department and the Marana Development Services Department to enhance the review and approval process and improve the efficiency and accuracy of plan reviews, permitting, inspections, and approvals.

This new process reflects Marana’s commitment to supporting the community’s growth while ensuring that the processes in place lead to successful and sustainable development outcomes.
