MARANA- Town of Marana Council, staff and partners are making their mark on the Marana Community & Aquatic Center as construction continues.

On June 18, 2024, Mayor & Council gathered with employees and partners for a beam signing ceremony and later watched as the steel beam was added to the building.

A tree on top of the beam- a “topping out ceremony” signifies construction has reached the sky without loss of life or injury, which is a good sign for the building’s future.

The Marana Community & Aquatic Center is expected to open in 2025!

Project partners include: Abacus Project Management, Architekton, Chasse Building Team and steel provided by Parsons Steel.
