MARANA- The Marana Police Department is looking for new participants for its upcoming Citizens Police Academy set to begin later this month.

The next academy runs from August 23rd to November 15th of this year. It is held every Wednesday from 6:00 to 9:30 p.m. at the Marana Police Department. Space is limited and you are being urged to get in your application by August 16, 2023.

The Citizens Police Academy gives participants an inside look at how MPD operates through hands on and behind-the-scenes experiences and classes taught by various units of the department.
