MARANA- Marana Water is proud to announce the implementation of a new billing software.
The SpryPoint family of products will enhance the customer experience with a more interactive approach to digital communication, bill payment and consumption monitoring. To sign up, you will need your most recent Marana Water bill. Click the red SIGN UP button and follow the instructions on the screen. Once you are logged in, you can manage your wallet and add your bank account or credit/debit card information. Feel free to set up Auto Pay or enroll in e-bills.

Automatic payments will be withdrawn from your preferred method of payment on your due date. Due dates are based on the billing cycle your home is in, which falls on the 8th, 19th or 28th of each month. Please know, with our change of bill processor there is now a service fee for all transactions paid with a credit or debit card. A 3.25% fee with a minimum charge of $3.00 will appear on the payment summary page before selecting submit when making a payment.
*Please note, if you were enrolled in auto pay with Payment Service Network (PSN), you must reenroll in the new system by signing up for the Customer Portal. Automatic payments in PSN will not be processed after January 19, 2023.
