This is a unique opportunity for young athletes to take their physical skills to the next level.
This 4 week program will improve athleticism and sports performance through proper instruction and technique in flexibility, mobility, strength, power, speed and agility. Each 1 hour session will challenge, correct, and improve the athletes body positions, pushing angles, nervous system, and explosiveness. Instructor has over 18 years of experience and has worked with numerous professional and collegiate athletes in addition to improving the athleticism of countless athletes, of all ages.
