The Federal Communication Commission’s Consumer Affair and Outreach Division is making a stop in Marana on the Arizona and New Mexico Rural Tour, a series of trips to meet with community leaders and groups to share information regarding telecommunication issues and the latest telecom scams targeting consumers.

The Rural Tour will cover topics like:

• Telephone billing issues including scamming and cramming

• Protecting your smart devices from being lost or stolen

• Broadband and digital inclusion: encouraging everyone to get online

• The ongoing broadcast transition and how broadcast TV stations in your area may be affected

• How to file informal complaints using our online Consumer Help Center

• Tip cards, posters, and other outreach materials
