Fireworks will be shot off near Crossroads at Silverbell District Park.
MARANA - The Town of Marana’s annual Star-Spangled Spectacular event will take place on Sunday, July 3, 2022 at Crossroads at Silverbell District Park, with fireworks scheduled for 9 P.M.
UPDATED MAY 3, 2022: The Town of Marana faced a unique choice this year due to the availability of fireworks supplies and the availability of professional pyrotechnic staff, which were available on July 3 and not July 4. Preferring to give the community a traditional firework display, the Town of Marana selected to have the event on July 3 this year.
The Town of Marana is excited to present a fantastic evening of festivities that includes a traditional fireworks finale for the community to enjoy. Free attractions include the splash pad, field games, inflatables, live musical performances, exhibitors, Musical Instrument Petting Zoo presented by the Civic Orchestra of Tucson, and a car show presented by Obsessions Car Club.
Coolers and chairs are welcome; no glass containers or BBQing allowed in the park during the event. Over 30 food vendors will be on-site and charging for their meals.
Over 17,000 people flock to Crossroads at Silverbell District Park every year to celebrate our nation’s birthday. Marana’s largest event is nestled behind the Arizona Pavilions shopping center and within the Continental Ranch neighborhood, making it the perfect event for residents to walk to or enjoy the fireworks from many vantage points. Residents and visitors spend the day shopping and eating at the nearby stores and restaurants before coming over to enjoy an evening in the park.
