CAPITAL IMPROVEMENTS

Capital Improvement Program delivers Town-funded infrastructure. This includes the design and construction of municipal funded projects such as roads, bridges, utilities, and facilities. Capital Improvements also oversees the permitting of improvements in the Town's right of way.

TRAFFIC ENGINEERING

One of Marana’s major responsibilities is to plan, build, operate and maintain a safe and efficient transportation system for Town residents, businesses, and visitors.

Right-of-way permitting

Engineering staff research, acquire, and manage real property rights through the Capital Improvements Program (CIP). Real Property reviews and proccesses land titles, acquisitions, public auction transfers, abandonments, easements and dedications for public rights-of-way, public drainage, easements and other property rights.

WAYFINDING SIGN PROGRAM

Marana has created a wayfinding sign program to safely guide unfamiliar motorists with residential development by providing a uniform and orderly system of signage throughout the Town.
