In accordance with Arizona Revised Statutes 9-463.05, the Marana Town Council held a public hearing on November 1, 2022 at the Marana Municipal Complex located at 11555 W Civic Center Drive, Marana, AZ to consider the assessment of impact fees for streets, parks, water and water reclamation facilities. Land use assumptions and infrastructure improvement plans were approved by the Town Council on September 20, 2022. Copies of the land use assumptions and infrastructure improvement plans for streets and parks, water and water reclamation can be found below. The streets, parks and recreation, water and water reclamation impact fees were approved by the Town Council on December 20, 2022 and can be found below.

Water and Water Reclamation

Impact fees are collected to offset the costs of new infrastructure and services when new development comes into the Town. These one-time charges are used to recover the costs necessary to provide the high level of service expected from the Town of Marana Utilities Department.
