MARANA- The Town of Marana has been recognized as one of the most affordable suburbs in the nation.
According to a report by AZ Big Media, Marana came in 33rd on a list of the top 50 most affordable suburbs in the United States. Marana is one of five Arizona cities that made the list, joining Buckeye (No. 3), Maricopa (No. 7), Goodyear (No. 10), and Sahuarita (No. 32).
The rankings, compiled by GOBankingRates, evaluated key factors such as population growth and home values. Cities with a population increase of 9% or more between 2020 and 2022, and home values below $500,000 as of July 2024, were considered.
