A new sewer main is being constructed on Camino de Manana between Twin Peaks and Desert Falcon. This work will require full closure of Camino de Manana from Twin Peaks to Desert Falcon. A partial closure (local traffic only) from Tangerine to Desert Falcon will be in place at the same time. Work started on Tuesday 12/17/24 and will be complete by Friday 03/14/25. Work hours will be from 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM, however the road closure will be 24 hours for the duration of the project. Work includes removal of the existing pavement, installation of the new sewer main, and replacement of the roadway surface. This work is part of the Tavira at Twin Peaks new residential community.
