Aggravated Assault-Arrest

7900 Block of W. Moonfire Court

48-Year-Old Man Charged with A.R.S 13-1204 Aggravated Assault, A.R.S. 13-1201 Endangerment, and Domestic Violence Related Charges

On November 20, 2024, shortly after 8:00 PM, the Marana Police Department responded to a domestic dispute in the 7900 block of W. Moonfire Court. The suspect, identified as 48-year-old Timothy Sullivan, fired several gunshots while officers were en route. The other occupants of the residence were able to safely escape.

Upon the officers' arrival, Timothy fired several more shots, both inside and around the residence. Timothy was detained without injury to officers or the public. He was arrested and booked into the Pima County Adult Detention Center for Aggravated Assault, Endangerment, and other Domestic Violence related offenses. There is no outstanding threat to the public.
