Movies in Marana kicks off the 2024 program

MARANA - Residents and visitors looking for something free and fun to do in the evening hours now have another option.

"Movies in Marana" returns for a second year, with feature films playing in different Town of Marana parks.

Schedule at a glance:

• April 20: Planes at Ora Mae Harn District Park
• May 18: Pirates of the Caribbean: The Curse of the Black Pearl at Crossroads at Silverbell District Park
• June 15: The Bad Guys at Gladden Farms Community Park soccer fields
• July 20: The Little Mermaid (2023) at Ora Mae Harn Park Pool
• August 17: Tangled at Continental Ranch Community Park
• August 31: SING at Ora Mae Harn Park Pool
• September 21: League of Super Pets at Crossroads at Silverbell District Park
• October 12: Haunted Mansion (2023) at Heritage River Park Historic Pole Barn

Know Before You Go

• Movies begin at sundown.
• Each event will include food vendors but guests can bring their own food and drinks.
• Attendees are encouraged to bring their own seating: lawn chairs and picnic blankets.
• This is a family-friendly event and dogs are welcome if they are leashed. Dogs can only access the designated movie-viewing areas; they are not permitted inside Aquatics facilities themselves.
