TRAFFIC ALERT: Dove Mountain Blvd & Moore Road Improvement Project

Dove Mountain Blvd and Moore Road

The Arizona Department of Transportation (ADOT) is working with the Town of Marana to reconstruct Dove Mountain Boulevard at the Moore Road Intersection to improve roadway safety.

Project Elements include the installation of traffic signals with lighting on all four corners of the intersection, removing existing light poles, controller cabinet and signage, restriping the intersection, constructing new sidewalk ramps and other miscellaneous improvements.

Construction is tentatively scheduled to take place from 6 a.m. to 6 p.m. Monday through Friday beginning in the Fall of 2024. This project is expected to be finished in Spring 2025.

What to Expect:

  • One lane of travel in each direction will be maintained during construction.
  • ADOT will provide advance notice of restrictions and closures to email subscribers. 

Schedules are subject to change because of weather and other unforeseen circumstances.
