The Town of Marana financial transparency database provides information from the Marana Financial System, which enables a clear view of the government’s operations. In addition, it provides an interactive application to browse searchable expenditure data, vendor payments, and revenue data in the last three fiscal years and through the most recent quarter of the current fiscal year.

Public Records Request

Town of Marana employees cannot give legal advice. 48 hours is required to process all requests. Please indicate the number of copies requested. There will be a minimum charge pursuant to A.R.S. §39-121.01D. and A.R.S. §39-121.03A. The Town will make a good faith effort to retrieve the documents requested to the best of the Town's ability. Nevertheless, documents may exist of which we are unaware.

Public Meetings, Agendas, & Minutes

The notice locations are available to the public 24/7. Such notices indicate the date, time and place of the meeting and include an agenda or information concerning the manner in which the public may obtain an agenda for the meeting. Meeting cancellations are posted in the same manner.

This monthly report gives Council, staff and the community a high-level summary of important activities, events, and additional useful information. Designed to present the most pertinent details of Town activity, the Executive Report is an effective tool to learn about what sorts of activities the Town is engaged in and what is happening in the community on a regular basis. As a nexus of activity, whether it's new businesses, housing starts, ongoing land development projects, crime data, and more, the Town offers this report as a window into the continuing excitement of our growing community.
