MARANA- The Town of Marana is recognizing two decades of community and growth in Gladden Farms.

Gladden Farms, a master-planned community in the heart of Marana, recently celebrated its 20th Anniversary. The community held an anniversary celebration on Thursday, September 5, 2024 at Compass Park on North Tangerine Road.

The community was formerly farmland owned by Stanley Gladden and was sold in 2002 to be developed by Crown West Land Group. The first homes were built in 2004 and the area has since grown to over 3,000 homes.

“Gladden Farms is a testament to the power of community and the dedication of its developers, builders, Town of Marana staff and residents,” said Dean Wingert, the head of Crown West Land Group.
