Payment Plan Options

There are two payment plan options available for residential customers only. Complete the application by clicking on the Payment Plan Application button below. Marana Water staff will review and respond to the customer within 10 business days of submission. Completion of an application is only the first step in engaging into a payment plan with Marana Water. The plan will become active when Marana Water staff confirms the receipt of the application and contacts the customer with the amount of the down payment and monthly payments. Submission of the application does not guarantee approval of a payment plan. We encourage those that can pay their bill in full to do so as soon as possible to avoid disruption of service.

All our online forms work best using Google Chrome, Microsoft Edge, and Mozilla Firefox.

Option 1: Customer pays 50% of current balance. They have 12 months to pay the remainder of the outstanding balance in equal payments, plus the current monthly bill. No late fees apply.

Option 2Customer pays 25% of current balance. They have 6 months to pay the remainder of the outstanding balance in equal payments, plus the current monthly bill. No late fees apply.
