DIRECTIONS TO EVENT ENTRANCE: GET DIRECTIONS HERE
EVENT MAIN PARKING LOT ENTRANCE: Follow the traffic signs in the area that lead to Sandario & Barnett. You will enter the event at W. Civic Center Drive off Barnett. Marana PD will be running point control to direct traffic to the main parking lot. Parking attendants will assist you with available parking spaces.
HANDICAP PARKING: There is a designated lot for handicapped parking at MHC Healthcare’s covered parking lot. Security staff will direct you to the Handicap lot upon request.
EXPECT DELAYS: Traffic in the area may be congested and/or slow off Marana Road and Tangerine exits entering/exiting the event. We appreciate your patience and kindness so that everyone can enjoy this event!
RETURNING THIS YEAR: The event will have courtesy shuttles running continuously throughout the event from Marana Middle School (11285 W Grier Rd, Marana, AZ 85653) and Gladden Farms Community Park (12205 N Tangerine Farms Rd, Marana, AZ 85653). There will be a stop indicated at both locations with security. You can park here and be shuttled just a few minutes down the road and be dropped off. The Marana Middle School shuttle will stop at the Mistletoe Market while the Gladden Farms Community Park shuttle will stop in front of the MMC parking lot. Shuttle runs back and forth from 1:30-10:00 PM.
SHUTTLE NOTES:
Depending on traffic, the estimated roundtrip journey from the park to the Marana Middle School Parking Lot into the event is 4-6 minutes.
Be aware that there could be a longer-than-normal wait time due to the excessive traffic in the area before and after the event.
There will be (1) handicapped-designated shuttle assigned to the Marana Middle School lot.
TIPS & AMENITIES FOR GUESTS
Check the WEATHER before you come.
Plan on wearing very sturdy, and comfortable shoes as guests may encounter uneven, surfaces. A hat and sunscreen are recommended for the daytime and a jacket is recommended at night as it will be chilly. Holiday attire is encouraged!
Families: This is a family-friendly event with activities for all ages.
#MaranaDogLife: Dogs are welcome if they are leashed and picked up after. We recommend any dogs that attend Marana events are comfortable in large crowds.
Amenities on Site: ATM, Handicap Bathrooms, Courtesy Shuttle, Food and Beverage Vendors and Seating Areas.

All ages are encouraged to get their free photo with Santa & Mrs. Claus at the event. Professional photos will be published the week after the event on Marana Parks & Recreation’s Facebook page.
It’s the season of giving! Attendees are encouraged to bring (1) can of food or (1) non-perishable food item to donate to the Marana Food Bank. You will find donation stations at each event entrance and at the Marana Food Bank’s booth located in Santa’s Courtyard near the Free Photos with Santa! Learn more.
The Mistletoe Market features over 35 local Artisans & Craft Vendors offering great products that make great Holiday gifts! You can also talk to Exhibitors, Non-Profits and Town of Marana departments and organizations! #SHOPLOCAL
No festival is complete without an awesome selection of food trucks and food vendors! From Sonoran Hot Dogs, Pizza, Tacos, Burgers and BBQ to Coffee, Hot Cocoa, Snacks, Churros and Fry Bread, Marana events have something for everyone!
After you get your photo with Santa & Mrs. Claus, they’d love to get a letter from you so they can get started on presents for all the good girls and boys in the world. The Letter to Santa Station will be set up in Santa’s Courtyard.
The Candy Cane Stage and Santa’s Courtyard Stage are programmed on the half hour from 2:30PM - 8:00PM (except for a break at 6:00PM for the Tree Lighting).
