Marana Events: Fun for All!
The Town of Marana offers family-friendly fun for all! Since 1977, Marana has provided free, multi-generational entertainment for the public to enjoy. Our award-winning events are a big reason why Marana is now a popular destination for new residents, businesses, and visitors!

| Nightly Christmas Tree and Musical Light Show
Join us from December 8 to December 28 watch the great Light Show! With a handful holiday favorites, watch an amazing ~13-minute show with the family! Each night starts at 6:00PM and plays on the half-hour until 9:00PM.

Community Engagement Events
|
A family-friendly, free concert night held monthly in the Fall and Spring. Food trucks and themed nights are featured as well. Guests are to bring their own seating.

A family-friendly, free outdoor movies series shown at sundown in Marana parks. Select Saturdays, April through October. Food vendors will be on site. Guests are encouraged to bring their own seating.

Camping Under the Stars
Our beloved annual Camping Under the Stars event will return on April 12, 2025. More details coming soon!

About Marana's Founders' Day Parade
Founders' Day: Parade and Festivities is Marana's birthday! Forty-seven years ago, a group of Southern Arizona farmers changed history. Marana was officially incorporated on March 21, 1977, and has exponentially grown to become the second-largest populated town in southern Arizona. Today, Marana is now home to over 60,000 people and is still growing! Now, on the third Saturday in March, friends, neighbors, and visitors come together in Downtown Marana to honor the community's heritage with the "Biggest Little Parade in Arizona" and festivities afterward.
2024 Parade Registration is closed!
It will open again Fall 2024.
