Need a Permit
The Town of Marana is committed to being a Town of excellence. In doing so, we want to ensure the safety and welfare of our residents, businesses and visitors. Our permitting and inspection requirements play an important role in public safety by insuring compliance with current building standards. These standards are designed to protect your investment from potential hazards and keep you safe. Obtaining a permit will also serve as a record for potential future owners.
Keep in mind a floodplain use permit may be required in addition to the building permit for structures located in the floodplain. Information about floodplain mapping or floodplain use permit requirements is available on the Floodplain Management page.
